Think.Test.Do. was born in 2022 after decades of working inside national governments, the charity and not-for-profit sector, consulting and within international organisations.

We realised that while the mission of the private and public sector might be different, the needs of their establishments are similar. We understand that setting and navigating the decision-environment for executives is critical for effective leadership and good management. At the same time, we appreciate that the institutional structure and culture will drive the operation and delivery of teams and their individuals. We are passionate about helping people and their organisations improve how they work and in achieving outcomes.

With our international experience, in the Global South and North, we also recognise that context is important. More specifically, our cultural awareness means that we appreciate that every problem is unique and requires a specific approach to solving the issue, according to the people that are affected by it, and their values.

We decided to pool our experiences together in the three areas most requested by leaders and their organisations–hence our name. So we assist our partners to think through challenges, test potential solutions, and then implement them through doing.
